This is a sources sought announcement for market research only, not a solicitation. The Phoenix VA Health Care System is seeking a certified salient
software maintenance and license contract for a
camera security system. The contract will be for one base year and four option years, with performance periods from 09/30/2025 to 09/30/2029. The contractor must be a salient trained integrator. Responses must include company name, address, point of contact, phone, fax, email, DUNS number, CAGE code, tax ID number, type of small business (e. g. , service-disabled veteran-owned small business, veteran-owned small business), capability statement, salient trained integrator certificate, and a statement of qualifications and ability to perform the work. The scope of work includes providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for maintenance of licensing
software for 375
cameras, online technical support, upgrade
software support, and 24/7 technical support. The VA Medical Center Police Department will notify the contractor of malfunctions and make the equipment available. The contractor must acknowledge receipt of notification within two hours and be on-site to make repairs within eight hours or the next business day. All completed updates must be confirmed and approved by the police services and engineering personnel. Contractor personnel must wear visible identification. All contractor personnel working on-site must check in and out with the Personal Identification Verification (PIV) office.
