The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials for project 534 24 907, which involves the preservation of the Charleston Fisher House located at 150 Wentworth Street, Charleston, SC. The work includes three parts: installation of an ADA ramp, interior painting, and exterior painting. The ADA ramp installation will follow provided construction drawings and specifications, including demolition of existing concrete steps and pouring a new ADA ramp and steps. Interior and exterior painting will require moving and protecting furniture, painting 16 bedroom bathrooms, crown molding, baseboards, window and door trim, ceilings, and kitchen cabinets. Exterior work includes scraping, pressure washing, repairing or replacing, priming, and painting doors, soffits, fascia, columns, pergolas, porch ceilings, and all paintable surfaces of the exterior Fisher House. Work must be performed on weekdays between 8:00 a. m. and 4:00 p. m. , with construction impact minimized to limit disruption to the Fisher House operations.
