This acquisition requires a general contractor with demonstrated plumbing experience and the capacity to manage multiple task orders concurrently.

A site visit will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm PST. Vendors must arrive by 10:15 am for check in. The visit will take place at the presidio of monterey, accessed via the pvt. bolio road check in point.
