Albany County is seeking bids for quarterly preventative maintenance of incinerator Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) at its North and South Plants. The contract term is from Q1 2027 to Q4 2028, with a potential one-year renewal. Bids are due by 11:00 AM on July 23, 2026. Bidders must have at least five years of experience and provide customer references. Bid security is not required. The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
