This tender notice is for the procurement of **** electrical and electronic assemblies, boards,
cards, and associated hardware. The resultant award will be issued bilaterally, requiring the contractor's written acceptance prior to execution. All contractual documents are considered issued when copies are deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods. If the offeror is not the original end manufacturer (OEM), the OEM must be stated, and the offeror must provide a signed letter of authorization as a distributor on the OEM's letterhead. Any contract awarded will be deemed certified for national defense under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). The contract purchase order contains requirements for manufacture and contract quality requirements for the
circuit card assembly. Applicable documents, including document references, must be obtained by the contractor. Electrostatic discharge control requirements (MIL STD ****) must be complied with. The material supplied must be mercury-free. The contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements, unless otherwise specified. Records of all inspection work must be kept complete and available to the government for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Preservation, packaging, packing, and marking shall be in accordance with the contract purchase order schedule and as specified. Offerors consideration for award will be given only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item. All documents and drawings provided by the US Navy must include a distribution statement.
