The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for preplanning and activation support of the El Paso Health Care Center. This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Offers are due electronically by March 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Technical questions must be submitted by February 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. The government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions. The period of performance is based on an estimated date of award, with a 29-month period to be finalized at the time of award, with a base period from 04/16/2026 to 09/15/2028.
Invoices shall be submitted monthly, in arrears.
The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.
Award will be made based on a best value determination.
The government will evaluate that all key personnel meet the minimum requirements of the performance work statement.
The contractor shall be liable for default unless nonperformance is caused by an occurrence beyond the reasonable control of the contractor and without its fault or negligence.
