Sealed bids are requested for 2025 solid waste and recycling services. Specifications and forms are available at Neglia Engineering Associates, 34 Park Avenue, Lyndhurst, NJ, from June 18, 2025. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Municipal Clerk, Borough of North Arlington, 214 Ridge Road, North Arlington, NJ ****, on or before Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Bids must include a non-refundable payment of ****, a noncollusion affidavit, a certified check or bid bond for not less than 10% (but not more than $20,****, nor less than ****) of the bid amount, and a consent of surety from a surety company authorized to transact business in New Jersey in a sum equal to 100% of the bid amount. Lot 1: The contract resulting from this solicitation will be revenue generating. The awarded contractor will pay the Division of Waste Management ( DWM) for each grade of paper removed during a calendar month. A separate Bid Sheet is attached and must be included with the response. Bidders MUST enter $. 01 in the Unit Price field as the electronic bid.
