The foodservices are to be operated for the benefit of approximately 1, 000 occupants of the u. s. department of justice doj, rfk main justice rfk building located at: 950 pennsylvania avenue, nw washington, dc. The menu profiles are based on the minimum acceptable level of service. Contractor shall develop services consistent with competitive practices in the private sector e. g. , salad bars, special promotions, etc. . The contractor will have the flexibility to change individual food items as needed.
