Fingerprint Government Bids & RFPs

The Tucson Unified School District (TUSD) is seeking temporary staffing and/or contract services on an as-needed basis through a Request for Proposal (RFP). Services may include temporary staffing, recruitment, and payroll administration. The contract awards will be available for use by all departments and sites within the district. TUSD operates over 100 educational and administrative facilities and requires these services to address staffing shortages, fluctuating workloads, employee absences, vacancies, special projects, and seasonal demands. Vendors must be capable of providing reliable, timely, and compliant staffing solutions that adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as district policies. All temporary personnel must meet required qualifications, including background and fingerprint clearance. The proposal submission deadline is May 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM. A public bid opening is scheduled for the same date and time, which is non-mandatory.

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to procure fingerprinting services. The requirement will be solicited under full and open competition. The government anticipates the award of a single firm fixed-price contract for a period of twelve months plus four twelve-month option periods, with the option to extend up to an additional six months. This is a non-personal service contract to provide for the collection and submission of both electronic and hard copy fingerprints. The work shall be performed at any and all current or future vendor fingerprint collection sites. The contractor shall have a presence within each of the 50 United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, and United States Virgin Islands. Fees cover the collection of one set of fingerprints. Electronic collection will include the option to transmit prints to DCASA. Hard copy collection will involve providing cards and mailing completed cards to the address associated with the applicable DHA submitting office number. The NAICS code for this requirement is **** (Investigation and Personal Background Check Services), with a size standard of $25 million. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. Paper copies of the RFQ will not be physically issued, and telephone and faxed requests will not be accepted. No questions will be accepted in response to this pre-solicitation notice. A period for questions will be provided once the RFQ is issued.
