Pest Control Services - The City of Des Moines Wastewater Reclamation Authority is solicitating sealed bids from qualified companies for the procurement of pest control services at various Wastewater Reclamation Facility buildings and locations as per the terms, conditions, and specifications of this Request for Bid. Responses will be accepted through this electronic bidding system by the close date and time listed. Faxed, emailed, mailed or hand delivered responses will not be accepted.
Pest Control Services The provision of pest control services at various wastewater reclamation facility buildings and locations. The service shall include control of rodents, crawling andor flying insects. Termites and carpenter ants are excluded. Examples of areas that may require service are: food preparation, food storage, lunchrooms, bathrooms, showers, offices, closets, shops, crawl spaces, basements, elevators, loading docks, around electrical gearrooms and any other areas within the building that are either unoccupied or occupied by humans, birds and plants.
