This is a Request for Information (RFI) for dual point davit systems for USCG cutters. The USCG seeks information on existing operational systems that meet specific capability parameters for boat launch and recovery. This is a request for proposal (RFP) for rescue boat motors for the Hawaii Fire Department. Vendors must download, fill out, sign, and upload specifications and special provisions with their bid submission. Questions must be submitted in writing through public purchase. Vendor compliance with Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) is mandatory for awards $2,500 or greater. Additional information is available in RFQ Form 1, Exhibit A, No. 13.

Worcester County is soliciting bids for the lease of 8 boat slips (3 100ft, 5 75ft) in the West Ocean City Commercial Harbor. Bid documents are available online and from the Worcester County Commissioners Office. Questions must be submitted by June 25, 2025, at 12:00 PM. Sealed bids are due by July 3, 2025, at 2:30 PM, and will be opened at the Worcester County Government Center, Room **** bids will not be accepted. Minority vendors are encouraged to participate.

Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30. Offer due date is June 6, 2025, 12:00 PM local time. Solicitation is unrestricted or set aside for women-owned small business (WOSB), small business eligible under the women-owned small business program, competitive sourcing, hubzone, small business, veteran-owned, 8(a), servicedisabled veteran-owned small business. The contractor shall be registered in the SAM database prior to submitting an invoice and through final payment. Offers may not be submitted for quantities less than those specified. The government reserves the right to make an award on any item for a quantity less than the quantity offered, at the unit prices offered, unless the offeror specified otherwise in the offer. The following information must be provided: best delivery schedule, business size, prompt payment terms, pricing information, and method of payment. FAR clause **** is applicable to this solicitation. The government wide purchase card will be used as the method of payment. Electronic submission of payment request and receiving reports is applicable to this solicitation. The wawf wide area work flow will be used as the method of payment. The contractor shall be registered in the SAM database prior to submitting an invoice and through final payment of any contract. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. Product samples shall be submitted at or prior to the time specified for receipt of offers. Offerors are encouraged to submit multiple offers presenting alternative terms and conditions. Late submissions, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers will not be considered unless it is received before award is made. The government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. The government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest. The government may accept any item or group of items of an offer, unless the offeror qualifies the offer by specific limitations. The offeror shall enter, in the block with its name and address on the cover page of its offer, the annotation unique entity identifier followed by the unique entity identifier that identifies the offerors name and address. The offeror also shall enter its electronic funds transfer (EFT) indicator, if applicable.
