The North Texas Tollway Authority is soliciting bids for a three-year parts and service contract for aerial bucket trucks. Bidders must include all required documents and upload them on the NTTA marketplace (www. ***. *. *) by June 27, 2025, at 11:00 a. m. CT. Questions must be submitted by June 20, 2025, at 5:00 p. m. CT. The contract requires the winning bidder to supply OEM parts and perform repair work at their facility or NTTA facilities. Specific types of aerial bucket trucks are listed in the solicitation. Bidders must quote labor rates for repairs performed at their location and NTTA facilities, rates for annual inspections, dielectric safety, travel to NTTA facilities, and any discounts on OEM parts. Third-party bids are not accepted. The solicitation includes detailed requirements for insurance, required forms (respondent's agreement, conflict of interest questionnaire, business information form), and contract terms.

The vendor is an independent vendor and will not be deemed an employee, servant, agent, partner, or joint venture of the board. The vendor will not discriminate on the basis of various protected characteristics. The vendor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws relating to nondiscrimination. The contractor confirms that this agreement is entered into with the board without any connection with any person or persons making a proposal for the same services, and that it is in all respects fair and without collusion or fraud. The contractor has not employed or retained any company or person, other than a bona fide employee working solely for it, to solicit or secure this agreement. The contractor has not paid or agreed to pay any person, other than a bona fide employee working for it, any fee, commission, percentage, gift, or any other consideration contingent upon or resulting from this agreement. The contractor confirms that no principal, member, or officer of the contractor has, within the preceding 5 years, been convicted of, or pled guilty to, a felony under state or federal statutes for embezzlement, theft of public funds, bribery, or falsification or destruction of public records. Insurance requirements are detailed in the specifications. The initial contract period will begin on the date the contract is signed by the board and will cover the requirements of the technical specifications for delivery. Contract prices are to remain firm through the effective dates of the contract. The contractor may request a price adjustment, in writing, between 90 and 120 days prior to the contract renewal date. All price adjustments must be approved by the board's procurement department. Price adjustments will be made in accordance with the percentage change in the U. S. Bureau of Labor Statistics producer price index (PPI). Wherever in specifications the name of a certain brand, make, manufacturer, or definite specification is utilized, the specifications shall state clearly that they are used only to denote the quality standard of product desired and that they do not restrict bidders to the specific brand, make, manufacturer, or specification named.
