The U. S. Consulate General in Chiang Mai requires the provision and delivery of two (2) Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs). Quotations are due by July 31, 2026, 4:00 PM local time. Proposals must be submitted electronically in English to ***@***. *. * government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. Vehicles must be new, manufactured in Thailand, and include a minimum 3-year/100,000 km warranty. Delivery is required within 90 days after award to the U. S. Embassy Bangkok for registration, followed by delivery to the U. S. Consulate General Chiang Mai.
All items shall be delivered within 90 days after award. Delivery must be made during operating hours, Monday-Friday, 08:00-11:00 hrs. and 13:00-16:00 hrs. Monday through Thursday, except Thai holidays and American holidays.
The vendor should comply with payment terms of 30 days credit. The financial section will transfer payment to the vendor within 30 days after receiving the invoice.
Local standard manufacturer warranty of at least 3 years or 100,000 km, whichever comes first. Aftersale services shall be provided by authorized dealers from manufacturers only. The price of warranty shall be included in the contract price.
Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible offeror.
The contractor must be an official authorized distributor of, or partner with, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the products. The contractor must provide claim service at least during the warranty period and should have a well-established aftersale department.
A specification sheet is required for this request for technical evaluation. It must be submitted along with the quotation within the advertisement period.
Incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Quotations are due by Friday, July 31, 2026, 4:00 p. m. local time. No quotations will be accepted after this time.
