Any garment beyond repair, whether cleaned by bidder or not cleaned by bidder, must be replaced immediately, at no additional cost to the town.
An award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
Only qualified bidders who have adequate experience, finances, equipment and personnel will be considered in making awards, based upon qualifying data submitted with the bid proposal.
If the successful bidder fails to maintain adequate service to the town at all times during the period of the contract, the town of ramapo reserves the right to purchase these services elsewhere, and any excess cost to the town must be absorbed by the successful bidder.
Bidder shall submit with his bid, as a sample, one 1 complete set of garments to be furnished. A bid will not be considered if it does not comply with this requirement.
