The program encourages submissions from teams of experts in aerodynamics and control, rugged environment microelectronics, micro unmanned aerial vehicles (MAVs), rapid electronic manufacturing, and other innovative proposers. Proposers must have a Secret Personnel Clearance (PCL) and the prime contractor team must have sufficient personnel with existing or the ability to obtain Secret PCLs, and the prime contractor must have an existing Collateral Secret Facility Clearance (FCL). Abstracts are due August 6, 2025, by 5:00 PM ET. A formal request for the classified addendum and security classification guide (SCG) must be submitted by July 24, 2025, by 5:00 PM ET.
