Bids are requested for roof replacement services at Brighton Reservation. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for August 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM at 780 Micco Trail, Okeechobee, FL **** must bring their own 24-foot ladder to access the roof. The bid due date is August 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Submissions must be electronic via BidNet Direct. Contractors must be licensed and have at least two years of experience. The tribe may give preference to Seminole Tribal and STOFI owned businesses.
All services must commence within 45 calendar days of purchase order receipt and be completed within 90 calendar days.
The tribe will evaluate submissions based on on-time and complete submission, license requirements, projected completion date, previous performance, statement of qualifications, current and pending workload, and pricing versus the market.
Bidders must be normally engaged in performing the type of work specified, have adequate organizational resources, facilities, equipment, and personnel, hold a current certified license, have a minimum of two years of experience, and maintain a fully equipped organization capable technically and financially.
