The Village of Northbrook is seeking proposals for professional consultant services to manage its cross-connection control program. The selected consultant will be responsible for program management, including surveys, certifications, and educational materials. Proposals are due February 26, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Questions must be submitted in writing before 3:00 p. m. local time on february 19, 2026 to julie gray, assistant public works director at public works, ***@***. *. * email communications must include the subject line 2026 cross connection control program rfp. The initial term of the contract shall be for three 3 years from the date of award.
The bid notice states he survey must be sent out within ten 10 days of receiving approval from the public works director or hisher designee.
The submitted proposals will be reviewed and selected based upon factors in this rfp, including the following: experience on similar projects with references name, title, address, phone, email fax numbers within the last three years only, firm information size, location, history, resources, etc. , qualifications resumes of personnel assigned to work on the project project team, organizational chart, etc. , ability to meet program deadlines availability of staff to perform services, completeness of project approach detailed scope of servicestasks, etc. , any additional servicestasks not identified in this rfp that the consultant believes will improve the program, reduce costs and time, etc. and the consultants prior experience working with owner, if applicable.
Respondents must be able to demonstrate previous experience with similar projects as described herein.
