Quotes are solicited for King Mountain Raptor Nest Surveys. Quotes shall be emailed to the contracting specialist by **** hours, Mountain Daylight Time, on **** vendors may reach out to the COR for a site visit. Quotes that arrive after the prescribed time will be considered late. The quoter is responsible for monitoring the website for changes to the RFQ. The offer shall be honored for 60 days. The solicitation does not commit the government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of the quote or in making necessary studies or designs for preparing the offer, nor to contract for services or supplies. The quoter shall complete and submit an SF ****, blocks 17a, ****, fill in the appropriate information requested in section b. 1, schedule of items, provide your responses to sections e. 3 instructions to offerors and, d contact information for an individual with the authority to bind. The selected consultant will provide contact information for the individual supervising the project work to the BLM prior to initiating surveys. The final report and all associated shapefiles and photographs will be submitted to the project inspector by June 30, 2026. Invoices may be submitted monthly, and upon acceptance of the final report a final invoice may be submitted. The government intends to award a contract without discussions with offerors. The government will award based on lowest price technically acceptable. The offeror shall describe their proposed technical approach for the project in narrative form, not to exceed five 5 pages in length. The offeror shall provide a list of at least three 3 jobs completed or ongoing, in the past five 5 years in which you acted as a prime contractor or subcontractor responsible for providing services identified in the solicitation.
