The contract will commence with each accounts January 2026 meter read date and will terminate with the corresponding meter read date based on the selected term: January 2027 for a 12month term, October 2027 for a 21month term, January 2028 for a 24month term, October 2028 for a 33month term, or January 2029 for a 36month term.

All amounts due hereunder shall be paid within thirtyfive 35 days of the date of the invoice except, in the event that customer is billed through the ldcs consolidated billing program, payment is due in accordance with the edcs rules.

Supplier warrants title to all natural gas delivered and warrants that it has the right to sell same and that such natural gas is free from liens and adverse claims of every kind.

The PVSC shall award this bid to the lowest responsible bidder that complies with all instructions and bid requirements.

The PVSC will evaluate bidders qualification submittals. A suppliers bid proposal will only be evaluated if PVSC determines that the bidder has complied with qualification standards listed in section **** of this rfb.

If an amount due is not received from customer when due, supplier may issue written notice to customer, and customer shall have a five 5 business days cure period from date of receipt of such notice. Upon completion of the five 5 business day cure period, if payment of overdue amounts is not made by customer, supplier may suspend deliveries, terminate this agreement, and liquidate any gas supply purchased for delivery to customer during future periods.
