The City of Farmington Hills is soliciting bids for professional t-shirt printing and miscellaneous garment embroidery services. Bids must be received by Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 10:00 a. m. Questions must be submitted by Thursday, September 3, 2026. Pricing for t-shirts should be based on the total purchase quantity. For embroidery, pricing is requested as a percentage off the vendor's current published retail price. The successful bidder's prices for t-shirts must remain firm for three years from the date of award.
