The bid notice states that sealed bids will be received electronically via Bonfire by the City of Panama City until 11:00 AM CT, on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.

Contractor and subcontractors shall be registered with and use the E-Verify system to verify work authorization status of all newly hired employees.

A voluntary site visit will immediately follow the pre-bid meeting.
