Vendors must have Edwards EST3/EST4 experience and current factory **** edwards est3 service and est4 migration experience, current factory authorization or qualification to install, program, and service proposed equipment.

Contractors subject to penalties for not paying prevailing wages. contractors and subcontractors are subject to the penalties stated in section **** rsmo. for each worker and each calendar day.

Vendor must replace improper work within one year at no cost. vendor shall, at his own expense, promptly and properly replace any and all improper work and material that may become apparent within a one year period from the date of acceptance by the city.

Award to the responsible bidder with the lowest responsive evaluated total. the award of this contract, if it is awarded, will be made on the basis of availability of budgeted funds to the responsible bidder with the lowest responsive evaluated total.

Vendor must be certified and licensed by CA Office of the State Fire Marshal. both the company and the service technicians working on this contract shall be certified and licensed by the ca office of the state fire marshall.

A 20% reduction applies to sites not serviced in the designated month unless preapproved. a 20 reduction will be applied to that sites contracted price upon receipt of invoice, unless the delay has been preapproved by the facility supervisor.

No tour will be scheduled. a tour will not be scheduled.

Evaluation based on responsiveness, ability to meet needs, and total price. The county may award to the vendor who, in the sole discretion and judgment of the county, makes the most advantageous proposal.

Vendors must have been in business for a minimum of five years and demonstrate familiarity with local government IT needs, including 911 center operations. all vendors are required to have been in business for a minimum of five 5 years as of the date of submission.
