This requirement will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quote.

To be determined technically acceptable, the offeror must quote the items in accordance with the applicable part number or minimum specifications. The government will consider past performance information, and negative information within the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) may render a quote technically unacceptable. Drop shipping from outside the United States is not acceptable. Active registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) is required prior to award.

If after award the hardware delivered is determined not to be new or delivered directly from outside the US, the government has the right to terminate for cause with the contractor liable to the government for any and all rights and remedies provided by the law including excess reprocurement costs.

The construction completion date is 120 days after the date of contract award.

The method of payment will be electronic payment through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

The government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest evaluated price proposal that is rated acceptable for all non-price evaluation factors.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. Bid guarantee is also required to be considered for award.

If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified in the contract, the contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the government in the amount of $200 for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed or accepted.
