This is a sources sought notice for information and acquisition planning purposes. It is not a request for quote (RFQ) and a formal solicitation is not available at this time. The notice does not constitute a commitment by the government to issue an RFQ, contract, or order. Contractors interested in providing rental
vehicles to US Government personnel must provide product specifications, performance, and delivery information by May 1, 2025, at 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time, by emailing ***@***. *. * contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, management, supervision, quality control, and labor necessary to provide rental
vehicles. The contractor must provide rental
vehicles that meet the specifications identified in the statement of work (SOW). The
vehicles must be properly licensed, registered, clean, well-maintained, and in a safe operating condition. The contractor must provide all insurance required by law, and replace
vehicles within 24 hours in case of accidents. The contractor must provide 24/7 on-call road service. The government will pick up the
vehicles from the contractor's facility and return them to the same place after the rental period. The
vehicles must have a full tank of gas at the time of pickup and return. A joint inspection will be conducted at pickup and return to document the condition of the
vehicles. The contractor must provide a contract manager and alternates with full authority to act on contract matters. The government coordinator, contracting officer, and contract administrator names and contact information will be provided to the contractor upon award.
