The vehicles must have a full tank of gas at the time of pickup and return. A joint inspection will be conducted at pickup and return to document the condition of the vehicles. The contractor must provide a contract manager and alternates with full authority to act on contract matters. The government coordinator, contracting officer, and contract administrator names and contact information will be provided to the contractor upon award.
