These asbuilt marked drawings shall be kept current on a weekly basis and available on the jobsite at all times. The working asbuilt drawings shall show the actual location, kinds and sizes of all subsurface utility lines, changes within the building structure, correct alignments, grade elevations, typical cross section, earthwork, structures, or utilities if any changes were made from contract plans, additional asbuilt information that exceeds the detail shown on the contract drawings, the invert elevations and grades of any drainage structures or ditches installed or affected as part of the project construction, changes or modifications which result from the final inspection, contour map of the final borrow pit or spoil area with spot elevations as necessary, where contract drawings present options, only the option selected for construction shall be shown on the final asbuilt drawings, systems designed or enhanced by the contractor, such as HVAC controls, fire alarms, fire sprinklers, fire protection, fire detection and irrigation systems and other related systems are included in this project, the asbuilt drawings will include detailed information for all aspects of the systems including wiring, piping, and equipment drawings, typically, room numbers shown on the contract drawings are selected for design convenience and do not represent the actual numbers intended for use by the end user.
