Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Pfeiffer A100 L Pump. Submission deadline is June 16, 2026, 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Technical capability must be demonstrated with evidence. Price quotations must be firm-fixed-price and valid for 90 days. Inquiries must be submitted in writing no later than 4 calendar days after solicitation issuance.
Delivery and acceptance dates are required in accordance with the attached Statement of Work document.
The offeror shall submit technical capability documentation which may include, as applicable, demonstrated authority to provide the necessary items and perform the required services identified in the statement of work. The documentation shall clearly describe, in sufficient detail, the vendors authority, proposed items, resources and methods to successfully fulfill the requirements including specifications, performance capability requirements, delivery schedules, warranties, and all service requirements.
Award shall be made to the responsible offeror who meets all required technical specifications and proposes the lowest price. Award shall be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.
Offerors must submit technical approach and capability documentation which may include a narrative, charts, graphs, tables, drawings, product service literature, and as applicable, demonstrated authority to provide the necessary items and perform the required services identified in the statement of work attachment 1. The documentation shall clearly describe, in sufficient detail, the vendors authority, proposed items, resources and methods to successfully fulfill the requirements including specifications, performance capability requirements, delivery schedules, warranties, and all service requirements.
No prototypes, demonstration models, used or refurbished instruments will be considered.
Questions should be received no later than 4 calendar days after the issuance date of this solicitation.
An offerors failure to address any factor may be considered indicative of the offerors lack of understanding of the governments requirements and may result in the offer being determined unacceptable.
