The equipment must be capable of inspecting at a rate of no less than 5,000 parts per month and provide 100% volumetric coverage using an automated system. Responses should include company contact information, capabilities summary, past inspection experience, description of proposed inspection method, evidence of ability to deliver a complete inspection system, support capabilities, projected delivery capabilities and lead times, facility and equipment descriptions, and a rough order of magnitude (ROM) cost.
