The County of Onondaga is seeking elevator and escalator inspections and consulting services. The bid submission deadline is August 6, 2026. Services include NYS required semiannual periodic QEI inspections, witnessing annual tests, and witnessing category 5 tests. Bidders must provide a copy of their NYS Department of Labor contractor and subcontractor registry certificate. Samples may be required at the request of the purchasing director and will be retained for the life of the contract to verify compliance.
Delivery of goods, equipment, services, or other work is required to be made on or before the date specified herein. If a schedule is specified, county may direct expedited delivery. If county has specified a schedule for delivery within this solicitation, county may direct expedited delivery in the event that bidder, after receiving an award, fails to deliver according to such schedule.
