The vendor must provide a fully trained representative for maintenance of Smartplay equipment. All costs for preventative, emergency or additional visits shall be inclusive of travel, lodging and labor. Ordering of replacement parts shall be approved by the TLC. The TLC reserves the right to make an award on the basis of low line item bid, low total of line items, or in any other combination that will serve the best interest of TLC and to reject any and all bid items at the sole discretion of the TLC.
