The city of bay city's payment terms are net 60 days for approved invoices. unless otherwise provided in the contract, the city of bay citys payment terms are net 60 daysfor approved invoices.

The bidder warrants that all materials will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship and merchantable. bidder expressly warrants that all the materials and articles covered by its bid or other descriptionor specification furnished by the city of bay city will be in exact accordance with the order, description orspecification and free from defects in material andor workmanship, merchantable, and fit for its intendedpurpose.
