Copies of documents required for government inspection purposes must be furnished in accordance with the instructions provided by the government representative. Material must be inspected for form, fit, and function. Lot acceptance must be based on zero defects and lot rejection based on one defect. The sample size must be in accordance with the sampling plan(s) in the applicable military specification or standard, federal specification or standard, or drawing to which the material was manufactured. All OQE required by the contract and all data concerning material traceability (OQE to traceability marking) must be 100% inspected. The certification test reports must also be 100% inspected for completeness and legibility. When test certifications are required elsewhere in the contract, certification documents must be positive and unqualified.
