Payment is due net 30 days after invoice receipt, and no payments will be made for work performed or goods delivered before a purchase order is issued.
The contractor shall warranty its work for repairs or restoration of existing mechanical systems for ninety (90) days from the date of acceptance. New materials and workmanship are warranted for a minimum of one (1) year.
Proposals will be evaluated based on company profile, past performance, assigned personnel, management plan, health safety plan, and pricing. Preferences may be given to New Mexico resident businesses or veteran businesses.
Offerors must be properly licensed in New Mexico and demonstrate adequate financial resources, production/service facilities, personnel, service reputation, and experience.
The procurement code imposes civil and misdemeanor criminal penalties for violations. Felony penalties exist for bribes, gratuities, and kickbacks. Failure to meet contract terms may result in termination.
Protests must be made in writing within twenty-four (24) hours after the facts or occurrences giving rise thereto, but no later than fifteen (15) calendar days after the facts or occurrences.
Proposals may be rejected for non-responsiveness, failure to comply with provisions, submission of late proposals, or if the offeror is debarred or suspended.
