The City of Bristol, Tennessee is soliciting bids for sidewalk replacement, approximately 3,000 square feet. Bids are due July 30, 2026, at 10:15 a. m. EST. Contractors must list at least three recent successfully completed projects of a similar nature, demonstrate the ability to meet milestone requirements, coordinate with public agencies, and possess all necessary licenses from the state of Tennessee. Contractors who submit a bid must list at least three recent successfully completed projects of a similar nature public property performed by the bidding company, and list contact information associated with the owner customer.
In case of default by the bidder or contractor, the city may procure services from other sources and hold the bidder or contractor responsible for any excess costs.
