Shore Regional High School Board Of Education - Nj - Agency Bids & RFPs

This is a public tender for Courtyard Upgrades at Shore Regional High School. Sealed bid proposals will be received by the Shore Regional High School Board of Education until 1:00 PM on May 20, 2026. A bid guarantee of 10% of the bid, not exceeding $20,000, is required. A non-mandatory prebid conference and site visit will be held on May 6, 2026, at 1:00 PM, attendance is strongly encouraged. Bids must be submitted as a single lump sum. Bidders must be classified by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) in trades C008 or C009. Subcontractors for specific trades must also be prequalified by DPMC. Proof of DPMC classification status is required with the bid. Bidders must comply with the Law Against Discrimination and Affirmative Action. All bidders and subcontractors must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development. While encouraged, these registration documents can be submitted prior to contract award if not included with the bid. A New Jersey Business Registration Certificate is also encouraged and can be submitted prior to contract award if not included with the bid. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 calendar days after opening.
