Firms must demonstrate capability and interest in performing the scope of work. Qualifications will be evaluated based on personnel technical competence, background and capabilities, projects and past performance, references, scope of work approach, and submittal quality. submitters shall submit written qualifications which clearly demonstrate their ability to provide quality services in an effective manner.

A virtual non-mandatory pre-submittal meeting will be held on June 30, 2026. he county will conduct a virtual nonmandatory presubmittal meeting as part of this process to provide additional project information and expound upon potential questions.

Appeals and remedies are provided for in the Jasper County Purchasing and Contracting Ordinance, Article V, Jasper County Code of Ordinances.
