contractor for the regular maintenance and repair of its
vehicle washrack. The contract includes inspections, repairs, service calls, and preventative maintenance. The
contractor must provide a maintenance schedule within 30 days of contract start. The
contractor must respond to routine repair calls within 30 business days and emergency calls within 72 hours. A primary contract manager must be designated, and the
contractor must provide a 1-year warranty for all parts and labor. The government will provide water and electricity. The
contractor must comply with all applicable safety regulations, including OSHA, and provide safety equipment to their employees. The
contractor must not bring or use any hazardous materials on the base without prior approval. The government has unlimited rights to all deliverables, including intellectual property rights. The
contractor must provide a list of employees, including driver's license information, and must comply with all base traffic regulations and random searches. The
contractor must safeguard all government property and secure all government facilities, equipment, and materials at the end of each work period. The
contractor must limit their travel on the installation to specific areas required for service performance.
