The offeror shall demonstrate proven experience delivering fire panel maintenance and monitoring services within the ACT region, at a minimum, the contractor shall: a have recent and relevant experience within the past three 3 years performing fire panel maintenance and monitoring services of a similar scale and complexity in the ACT b demonstrate compliance with ACT and Australian regulatory requirements, including workplace health and safety, environmental protection, and chemical usage regulations.
