Any person who violates any of the provisions of the Code of Ethics/Conflict of Interest Ordinance may be censured or reprimanded or may be suspended or removed from office or employment. Any violation of this ordinance shall render any purchase, contract, or transaction or any part thereof affected thereby voidable by the board or selectmen.
