The selection process involves evaluating RFQP submittals based on completeness, experience, scope of services, schedule, references, and fee. max points selection criteria possible section 1: letter of interest. how complete and concise was the letter of interest and rfqp response was the rfqp well organized, with complete information responding to all of the 10 points submittal criteria section 2: experience and qualifications provided a comprehensive and insightful experience and 30 points qualifications package which highlighted key personnel in addition to other items as stated.

The owner reserves the right to request additional information which, in the owners opinion, is necessary to ensure that the owner has complete information with regard to the professional service providers competence, business organization, and financial resources to assist in determining if the professional service provider is qualified.

An optional site walk will be held at 12:30 PM on June 17th. While not required, a courtesy rsvp email by June 16th to ***@***. *. * would be appreciated to get an anticipated headcount for the site walk.
