Insurance certificates are required. Minimum qualifications include 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit status and good financial standing with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of Dartmouth. The Town will award the contract within 90 calendar days of the submission deadline.

The Town of Dartmouth, Massachusetts, is seeking qualified design firms to provide design services for the renovation of the Dartmouth Center for Active Living's kitchen and multipurpose area. The Town of Dartmouth is seeking bids for the repair and cleaning of 200 headstones in the Joseph Davis Cemetery. The work must commence in the summer of 2025 and be completed by August 1, 2026. Written estimates must be received by the end of business day on July 8, 2025. A 50% payment bond is required of the successful bidder. The work must be performed at prevailing wage rates. A site plan is available for reference. All measurements and quantities should be site verified. Additional documents required include a detailed treatment proposal, evidence of past performance in similar projects, and resumes of personnel indicating their specialized training and experience. The contractor is responsible for all equipment and materials required to perform installation. The contractor must have proper OSHA training.
