This is a notice for annual maintenance of the Global Forensic Exploitation Center (GFXC). The period of performance is from award through October 31, 2026. The government will award a firm fixed price contract with cost reimbursable contract line item numbers. The contractor must provide warranty on all work performed and conduct routine inspections on listed equipment at required intervals. Preventive maintenance checks services are scheduled to be performed at intervals recommended in equipment manufacturers applicable instruction manuals. The contractor is responsible for providing a monthly report of preventive maintenance performed. The contractor must comply with all applicable regulations, publications, manuals, and local policies and procedures. The contractor must abide by ISO 9001:2000 quality management standards. The government will evaluate the contractor's performance under this contract in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 quality management standards. The contractor must provide an itemized written inspection report with critical readings and actions identified performed during the PMCS inspection. The contractor must provide a known schedule to FXD on all equipment with service dates. The contractor must provide a point of contact for all actions pertaining to this scope during the performance of this PWS. The contractor must report all contractor manpower, including subcontractor manpower, required for performance of this contract to the secure army data collection site. The reporting period shall be the period of performance not to exceed 12 months ending September 30 of each government fiscal year and must be reported by October 31 of each calendar year. The government will provide access to all required secure areas within the required for the performance of the maintenance/repairs required. The government will ensure that all utilities in the facility will be available for the contractor's use in performance of tasks outlined in this PWS. The contractor must safeguard all government equipment, information, and property provided for contractor use. The contractor must comply with all personal identity verification requirements. The contractor and all associated subcontractors shall brief all employees on the local counter intelligence awareness and reporting (CIAR) army program training standards. This notice is a sources sought notice only, and the government is not seeking quotes, bids, or proposals at this time.
