The Laredo College District is seeking proposals for the purchase of five used 2020 Freightliner Cascadia model 126 trucks. Proposals are due Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 3:00 PM, and must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Purchasing Office, Building P49. Proposals must include a table of contents, cover page, make and model of the truck, mileage, warranty (if any), price of each truck, and completed forms (RFP form I, felony conviction affidavits, conflict of interest questionnaire, vendor certification form, W-9 form, and Executive Order GA48 certificate). Proposals may be rejected for omissions, alterations, conditional clauses, or irregularities. The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or any part thereof, and to waive any technicalities or informalities. The district reserves the right to hold proposals for 60 calendar days before awarding the contract. Late proposals will be returned unopened. The contract will be awarded to a single vendor.
