An award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder considering ability to perform, conformity to specifications, required submittals, company history, references, pricing, and vendor qualifications and experience.

The company must have been in business providing pressure washing and using hot water, high-pressure equipment to clean concrete or similar surfaces for a minimum of five (5) years. Bidder should provide three references from projects of similar scope completed within the last year.

Failure to complete the bid form or comply otherwise with the bid requirements and specifications may be cause for rejection of the bid. Failure to provide evidence of possession of all licenses, permits, and certificates upon request will cause your bid to be considered as nonresponsive.

An award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder considering ability to perform, conformity to specifications, pricing, pricing evaluation scenario, required submittals, company history and references, contractor's qualifications and experience, proof of insurance, and willingness to accept a university purchase order.

Bidder should have at least five years of continuous experience in providing event security and crowd management services for events comparable to those held in Floyd Stadium and Murphy Center. Bidder should be capable of providing all services required by the university and should not subcontract any part. Bidder should provide three references from venues comparable to Floyd Stadium and Murphy Center.

Any responsive and responsible proposer that has submitted a compliant bid has seven days after bid closing to request a bid tabulation.

Failure to complete the bid form or comply otherwise with the bid requirements and specifications may be cause for rejection of bid. Failure to provide requested documents upon request will cause your bid to be considered nonresponsive. Failure to sign the proposal will result in the disqualification of your entire ITB proposal.

The vendor shall enter the number of days, after receipt of order, equipment will be delivered and/or estimated delivery date.

An award for this shall be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for each item, group, or total. Award may be split when it is in the best interest of the university considering: Price, Ability to perform, Conformity to specifications, Vendors qualifications, Willing to accept a university purchase order.

Company must have been in business providing audio equipment for three (3) years. Provide three (3) references of active work performed in same size or larger magnitude as described in the specifications. Include company name, contact name, phone number and/or email address.

Any responsive and responsible proposer that has submitted a compliant bid has seven days after bid closing to request a bid tabulation.

Delivery is to be 5 to 10 business days after receipt of order.

The institution may terminate the agreement for nonperformance, including failure to provide satisfactory quality of service, substantial change in ownership, or failure to comply with the terms of the agreement.

Procurement Services may inspect the facilities of any bidder or may require additional information regarding a bidder's ability to perform the proposed contract.
