County Of Butler, Pa - Agency Bids & RFPs

This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the Slippery Rock Borough Storm Sewer Project. Bids must be submitted electronically via PennBid by May 11, 2026, at 9:00 AM EDT. Questions regarding the project must be submitted through PennBid by May 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM EDT. The project scope includes the Slippery Rock Borough Storm Sewer as per the bid package. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bidder's bond, certified check, or cashier's check for at least ten percent. The County of Butler reserves the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any bids. Bids cannot be withdrawn for 60 days. Prevailing wages established under the Davis-Bacon Act will apply. Contract documents include requirements for prevailing labor wage rates, labor standards, non-discrimination in hiring, goals for minority and female participation (MBE/WBE), participation by Section 3 residents and businesses, BABA, and anti-lobbying amendments. Several supporting documents are required for submission, including MBE/WBE contract solicitation and commitment statements, Section 3 paperwork, non-segregated facilities certification, non-collusion affidavit, equal employment opportunity certification, non-discrimination clause, statement of bidder's qualifications, minority business utilization certification, public works employment verification, BABA certification, and Byrd anti-lobbying amendment certification. A bidder's bond and pricing section (bidtable) are also required.
