A qualified engineering firm will be selected in accordance with the following selection criteria: i. general qualifications of firm and staff assigned to project 25 points ii. technical evaluation of project understanding approach 45 points iii. cost evaluation 30 points

Proposers must provide financial qualifications, including certified audited financial reports for the last three years, if available.

Failure to comply with RFP requirements may result in disqualification, and failure to summarize all staff hours by task will result in disqualification.

Payments made under this contract will be made on the basis of actual work completed in accordance with the contract documents. payments will be computed from the unit and lump sum bid.
