The submittal deadline for Step 1: Statements of Qualifications is June 30, 2026, at 10:00 a. m. Pacific.

The selection will be based on a cumulative score from qualifications (Step 1), interviews (Step 2), and price proposals (Step 3), with the highest total score determining the most qualified GCCM.

Firms must submit statements of qualifications detailing their experience, project team, approach to value engineering, constructability, cost estimating, scheduling, and minority inclusion plans.

A site visit is mandatory and scheduled for June 10, 2026, at 3:15 p. m. Pacific at the front entrance of Jane Addams MS.
