Medical Training Equipment Government Bids & RFPs

Bids must be received by 9:45 AM CST on August 6, 2026. Late delivery will disqualify the bid.

Payment terms are Net 30 after receipt of a properly executed invoice or delivery and acceptance, whichever is later.

The manufacturers standard published warranty and provisions shall apply, unless more stringent warranties are otherwise required by SOWELA and specified in the solicitation.

Bidders must sign the bid, certifying compliance with all instructions and that the bid is made without collusion or fraud. Bidders must specify the brand and model number of the product offered.

Failure to deliver within the time specified in the bid award will constitute a default and may be cause for contract cancellation. SOWELA reserves the right to purchase goods on the open market and surcharge the vendor with costs in excess of the contract price.

A mandatory site visit is required. Prospective bidders must visit and examine the jobsite. Contact the buyer of record for further information.

Written inquiries for interpretation must be received no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the opening of bids.

Late delivery, failure to meet mandatory bid requirements, submitting bids on other forms, bids not specifying brand and model number, and unauthorized substitutions may result in disqualification.

The contract is estimated for final completion by 12/15/2026.

Any responsible source that feels it is capable in performing this requirement may submit a quote for the above listed items and describe and or submit documentation to support your capabilities. If you are not the original equipment manufacturer OEM, you must submit an authorized distributor letter signed by the OEM. If you are not the OEM and a small business, you must indicate in your response how you will comply with limitations on subcontracting and or the non manufacturer rule.

If no responses are received, the government will continue with its sole source procurement, and a sole source request for quote will be published to contract opportunities in accordance with FAR ****.

The delivery schedule indicates delivery dates between 07/15/2026 and 12/15/2026.

Payment will be made upon confirmation of conforming goods and/or services. Invoices shall be submitted in arrears upon confirmation of conforming goods and/or services. Payment by electronic funds transfer is available.

The item includes the manufacturer's warranty.

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price only.

The vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM.

The service contract timelines are from 9/1/2026 to 8/31/27. The delivery date for item **** is specified in the table.

Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer system for award management or by third party. Invoices shall be submitted in arrears, and a complete receiving report must match the vendor's invoice.

Three years of warranty coverage is required for each printer.

The government will award a single contract to the responsible quoter whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.

All quoters must clearly meet or exceed all stated salient characteristics and provide a cross-reference to show compliance.

Quotes found non-compliant with the solicitation will be removed from further consideration.
