This RFQ is for integrated microbiology cost-per-test (CPT) services for Amarillo VA Medical Center and Lubbock VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with five ordering periods. Requirements include automated blood culture detection systems and automated organism identification and antimicrobial susceptibility testing (IDAST) systems. The contractor must provide instruments, consumables, training, and instrument services. Invoices are submitted monthly via the Tungsten Network. Technical questions are due by 06/17/2026. The contract has a guaranteed minimum of $10,**** and a maximum aggregate value of $950,****.
The ordering periods are from 08/01/2026 to 07/31/2027 (Period 1), 08/01/2027 to 07/31/2028 (Period 2), 08/01/2028 to 07/31/2029 (Period 3), 08/01/2029 to 07/31/2030 (Period 4), and 08/01/2030 to 07/31/2031 (Period 5). Implementation of services must be completed no later than 90 days after award.

The contractor shall provide comprehensive preventative maintenance and repair services for all instrumentation.
