The Charter Township of Washington is seeking proposals for managed IT services. The scope includes IT management, network and infrastructure improvement, technology support, assessment, server and workstation support, advanced cybersecurity, encrypted offsite backup, zero trust network access, and SIEM/SOC services. Vendors must demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience providing managed IT services to municipal governments or equivalent public sector organizations. They must hold specific certifications such as CompTIA Security, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, and CISSP or equivalent. vendor shall demonstrate a minimum of five 5 years of experience providing managed it services to municipal governments or equivalent public sector organizations
If the township determines the contractor has not performed required services acceptably, the contractor will be notified and given 24 hours to contact the township and 48 hours to correct the problem. If corrections are not made, another contractor will be hired, and the original contractor will be responsible for all incurred charges plus 50% for the corrections. should the township determine that the contractor has not performed required services in a manner or time frame acceptable to the township, the township clerk will notify the contactor giving 24 hours to contact the township to discuss the problem and 48 hours to correct the problem
