Verdantas - Rabbit Run Community Arts Association - Agency Bids & RFPs

Bids must be received by 12:00 PM on May 29, 2026. The project completion date is December 18, 2026.

Monthly payments will be made based on an estimate of labor performed and materials incorporated, with 8% retention on the first 50% of the job. Final payment is made after completion of all punch list items and submission of final documentation.

Materials and equipment are warranted by the supplier or manufacturer until the end of the required warranty period or the contractor's correction period, whichever is longer, starting from the date of final acceptance.

The contract award shall be based on the lowest and best bid or lowest responsive and responsible bid.

Bidders must provide detailed information on similar projects completed within the past 5 years, demonstrate capability, responsibility, experience, skill, and financial standing, and list current projects under construction.

Failure to execute the contract documents after bid acceptance will result in forfeiture of bid security. Liquidated damages may apply for failure to complete the work by the specified time.

Before submitting a bid, each bidder must visit the site to familiarize themselves with local conditions. Access to the site for investigations and tests will be provided upon request.

The specifications mention shop drawings, product data and samples as part of the bid documents, indicating samples may be required.

Collusion between bidders will be cause for rejection of affected bids. Multiple bids from the same individual or entity under different names may also lead to rejection.

The opinion of probable construction cost is $525,****.
