DPS will pay based on itemized invoices submitted to and approved by DPS. DPS recommends electronic funds transfer (EFT) for payments.
Contractor must respond to any warranty call within a 48-hour period and have 30 days to replace defective products after notification.

Respondent must have been regularly engaged in general contracting services for no less than five (5) years and possess experience with a minimum of three (3) successfully completed projects within the past five (5) years of comparable size, scope, and complexity.
A contractor or subcontractor who violates prevailing wage rate statutes must pay $60 for each worker employed for each calendar day or part of the day that the worker is paid less than the stipulated wage rates.
A prebid site visit will be held on Tuesday, July 14th at 11:00am CST at **** Guadalupe st in Austin, Texas. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged.
