A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at DPS El Paso Crime Lab on June 9, 2026, at 10 am MST.

Failure to sign the bid document will deem the response nonresponsive. Making any false statement in the response may lead to disqualification, contract cancellation, or state debarment.
