If contractor fails to comply with contract terms, TMD may withhold payment. If noncompliance results in TMD purchasing goods or services from another entity, those costs will be deducted from the contractor's payment.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 14, 2026, at 9:30 AM at **** Sneider St. , Bldg ****, Houston, TX **** to attend will result in disqualification.

The last day to submit written questions for clarification is July 21, 2026.

Failure to sign the document, failure to attend the mandatory site visit, or making false statements can lead to disqualification.

The contract term is effective on the date of award and expires one year from that date, with four one-year optional renewal periods available.

If contractor fails to comply with contract terms, TMD may withhold payment. If noncompliance results in TMD purchasing services from another entity, those costs will be deducted from the contractor's payment. Deductions can also be made for unacceptable compliance.

The last day to submit written questions for clarification is July 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM CT.

Failure to sign the document, making false statements, submitting late responses, or failing to acknowledge amendments may result in disqualification. Taking exceptions to the solicitation terms may also lead to disqualification.

Contractor must submit all assessment reports within 30 calendar days of each test completion.

TMD will not make any payments until contractor has received a written final acceptance document signed by TMD's contract administrator. Payments are per exam, not progress payments.

TMD will evaluate responses based on best value, considering licenses, certifications, training, qualifications, ability to meet needs, past project performance, and staffing capabilities.

Respondents must be licensed clinical psychologists in good standing in Texas, demonstrate MMPI training and competency, have experience with high-risk populations, and possess reporting competency.

If contractor fails to comply with contract terms, TMD may withhold payment and deduct costs incurred by TMD to remedy the noncompliance.

Contractor must respond to any warranty call within 48 hours and replace defective products within 14 business days.

Respondents must be highly qualified contractors and submit a Texas contractor license and insurance at the time of bid. They must maintain these throughout the contract period.

If contractor fails to comply with the terms of the contract, TMD may withhold payment. If noncompliance results in TMD purchasing goods or services from another entity, those costs will be deducted from the contractor's payment.

Two mandatory site visits are scheduled for July 15, 2026, and July 16, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at **** Lake Crest Drive, Grand Prairie, Texas **** at a minimum of one site visit is required for award eligibility.

The last day to submit written questions for clarification is July 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM.

Failure to attend a mandatory site visit will result in disqualification. Failure to sign the document will disqualify the response. Making false statements may lead to disqualification, contract cancellation, or state debarment.
